Hi, I’m Erin, the founder of Trail of Evidence. With over a decade of experience preparing electronic disclosure packages for Crown Counsel, I have developed a deep understanding of how to organize and present evidence in a clear and professional manner.

Whether it’s legal proceedings, tenancy disputes, or business documentation, I know exactly how to structure information so that it’s professional and easy to navigate.

Beyond my professional background in evidence preparation, I have been a landlord in British Columbia for over seven years.

I’ve personally faced the challenges that come with managing rental properties, dealing with difficult tenants, and navigating the Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB) process.
